IN-DREI No. 72/2019 of December 19th, 2019, in its Article 24, authorizes the issuance of public translations in electronic media with the use of a digital certificate. In this way, when opting for a sworn translation signed with an ICP-Brazil standard digital certificate, you will be receiving a file in “pdf” format duly signed with a digital certificate, with stamps, seals, signature and verification protocols printed directly on the file electronically, with the translator not having to issue the physical document on paper. You, the customer, may, at any time and from your own facilities, print the translated documents. In this way, the entire process of sending and processing documents will be done virtually, with no need for you to collect the translated document, as it will be sent electronically. This procedure generates safety, in addition to contributing to a new reality of sustainability and professional coexistence caused by the recent pandemic.
